Delivery & Returns


It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us at and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The delivery charge will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or colour of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. All packages are sent via Royal Mail First Class (2-3 days delivery) or you can choose £6.95 for express Royal Mail Special Delivery (1-2 days from dispatch). Orders must be placed before 12pm, Monday-Friday. Excludes Bank Holidays, Saturday and Sunday. This service requires a signature upon receipt of the shipment, so please choose a delivery address where someone will able to sign for the delivery.

Standard first class orders will be sent within 2 working days after it has been placed. We dispatch orders on weekdays only.

The normal delivery time from the package has left our studio is:

  • 2 working days to the United Kingdom
  • 3-5 working days to Europe
  • 6-21 working days to the remaining destinations

Most of our products will be sent in a letter box sized box so they should be able to be delivered whilst you’re not at home. However if you have ordered a larger parcel and are not at home, Royal Mail will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card will detail how to obtain your parcel. You will have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).

Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Deliveries within Europe usually takes 3-7 working days to arrive, but can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.

Deliveries outside Europe usually takes 5-10 working days to arrive. But it can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service. You are responsible for any import taxes or any other fees that you may have to pay for incoming international orders. We cannot guarantee a specific date for deliveries being made abroad.

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us at If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original delivery charge.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

You must pay for the delivery to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse therefore please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes and also use a secure postage method, so that you can trace the package.

How to return a product

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim. Remember to provide us with a receipt for your delivery charges if we have to reimburse them (you receive a faulty product).
